The last thing you want on that special day is to worry about every little detail of your Bar Mitzvah (the whole week of this event will be stressful enough as it is). What we strive to do at Let the Music Play, is make all of our events completely stress free and fun for the honored son and his family. Our goal is for you and your family to feel like guests at your own party. We will go over all of the music and final details 10 days to 2 weeks before your Bar Mitzvah. Once the event begins, we'll do all the work and you can relax and have a good time.

For every Bar Mitzvah we supply and Emcee and Disc Jockey (2 person show). The Emcee will take care of all the formalities and will coordinate with the photographer, banquet staff, videographer, or whoever is involved, to make sure everything will run a smooth and timely course.

All music selections are completely up to you and your guests. We have over 15,000 titles in our CD music library from Big Band to Salsa, 50's & 60's, Rock, Country, Alternative, Motown, Old School, Disco, Hip Hop, all current top 40, and even special folk music. Our goal is to play a variety of all styles of music for all age groups and tastes--nonstop, and we warmly accept requests. Also, if there are any specific songs, artists, or styles of music you do not want played at your party, we would need to know those as well.

Most importantly, we are very flexible in our approach to each Bar Mitzvah. We want your event to be the exact way you want it. Keep in mind, not everyone likes the same types of things. What we do for Bar Mitvahs or any other function can vary greatly depending on the client. Whether you want a classy, formal event or a super exciting party or a combination of both is up to you. Our performance can range from just playing music and making minimal announcements, to doing many interactive activities with the crowd (i.e. YMCA, Electric Slide, Congo line, Chicken Dance, a wide range of folk dances, etc.).
